ALIAH SHEFFIELD

Aliah Sheffield was born in the city of Newark, NJ but raised in charming Savannah, Georgia. No matter where she was, it was always within her to sing. With a lot of muses to be inspired by, her influences covered a wide range—Deniece Williams, Donna Hathaway, Aretha Franklin, and Patti LaBelle, to name a few. She expressed herself through various instruments in her youth before being encouraged to explore the piano, it was then that she perfected her songwriting abilities. She began fusing genres, particularly soul and R&B, while studying film scoring at Berklee College of Music. This fashioned her unique, keyboard driven style. Aliah has been singing professionally for five years and is available for hire in the New York City Area.
